Poor customer service. Save your time and go to Ferguson HVAC. They have great customer service and are willing to work with you.
Worst store no one helps with anything
This place has got to have the slowest customer service anywhere. I spent an hour and there was only 3 customers ahead. Place seems to be more of a chatting place for people to swap stories. If you want quick service it won't happen
