I gave them 3 stars because the first few jobs they did fine. Which is why I reached out to them to give them more work. However their communication is very poor and they took days to respond. When it came to getting their money their response was quick. Not professional, its either you want the work or not.One job they didn't even finish painting the outside. I wouldn't recommend them and I won't be using them again.
Dancon LLC is the best roofing company to hire for your new roof. The communication and efficiency is great. They are on top of everything; starting with the city permits, the inspections, the actual work and the final steps to close the permits and pass all inspections. We did not have one negative experience with them and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. We have done multiple roofs with them now and every job is the same..ORGANIZED AND FAST!

So glad I waited to tell you about DanCon because they went above and beyond AFTER an excellent roofing job at our villa- attached to a unit where the habitually problematic owner (with old lower grade tiling) declined to join the project.
