Has decided to block the alley behind Ottos all day for several days. No consideration for any business traffic that uses the alley. Spoke to 2 employees only to debate why they can't park in the alley. Not good.

The A/C went out at my lake cabin last Friday and, after some diagnostic work, I determined it was the dual-function capacitor for the outdoor condensing unit's fan and compressor. I called Danco early Saturday morning and James politely explained that he was confident they had the correct part and just needed about 30 minutes to get it and meet me at the store.
