They had a lease that wasn't due to expire until April 30, 2012 however they walked away from the property early in Decemeber, abandoning it. They thought that all they had to do was give a 45 day notice and they'd be released from their lease so that they could buy a home. Horrible if you are a renter - great if you are landlord – Ultimate horrible experience as a renter - Vicky is 100% for the landlord. Does not let you talk, will not act on things in timely manner and does this all under a "Christian" business.
