About last night.... Lets start with the bat that came outta nowhere in our dining establishment (indoors mind you) and then our waiter taking straws with no wrapper on them with his bare hands and putting them in our drinks... Insult to Indian Food – As an Indian, Dancing Ganesha was a real shock to my system. Overpriced small portions are one thing but at least make the food taste like its supposed to. The descriptions on the menu and the food that arrives at the table bear little resemblance to each other. Order two or three meat or fish dishes and the sauce for them all will be the same. kind of shady – I THINK THE FOOD IS GOOD. BUT THIS PLACE DOES NOT HONOR ITS COUPONS OR CERTIFICATES. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING ON THE SOLE REASON THAT THE MANAGER IS SHADY, AND OFFERS PROMOTIONS TO GET YOU IN THERE, AND THEN AFTER YOU ARE DONE EATING, FINDS SOME REASON NOT TO HONOR IT.
Very poor service with absolutely no coordination – We have gone to this restaurant a few time with hopes that thing would improve - but the staff is completely confused and uncoordinated. Very recently - we visited and we were told 5 minute wait by receptionist #1 - it turned out receptionist #2 had a wait list she was carrying around with her and rececptionist #1 had no idea. Good Food nice Ambiance – We really enjoyed our time here. The chicken masala was really good! We also had some bindi (Okra) dish that was average. But, overall we really liked it!
