what once was a great, mission driven company totally focused on great products and service is a shadow of its former self. Online ordered arrived eleven days after being ordered and we’ll past the date I was hoping to serve it. Cookies were stale. What’s worse; no one in customer service answers or calls back after numerous messages and emails. Completely atrocious service.
Not the same as they used to be! Took one bite of their soft chocolate chip cookie, threw the rest away and took to the Internet to see if the company changed hands. Yes, it did. And it shows. They were tasteless and devoid of chocolate. So sad. Remembered loving their cookies….
Horrible customer service ! Ordered 2 gift baskets and wrote up an online gift card for each. After not hearing anything from the gift recipients, I reached out to Dancing Deer only to be told they were having a gift card problem and had NOT included my gift cards, thus making identification of who gave the gifts impossible. I asked for some credit and was told by the SALES MANAGER he was not authorized to do so. I sent a thank you gift but Dancing Deer did not include any card/note (even though I typed a detailed thank you message with the order), leaving the recipient to wonder who the gift came from and leaving me to wonder if they ever received it. Very hard to reach customer service, and very unsatisfying experience with them once I did. I used to love this company and their products, but sadly I will no longer be sending them as gifts.
