I could tell a few of their items were mass produced not from scratch. You can still taste freezer burn even if foods are steamed. This place is ok if the people you are treating are ignorant of real dim sum.
The Dim Sum room,separate from the large dinning room.. We had it all to ourselves.. The Dim Sum was good but not the best we ever had.. The sticky rice was stuffed with weird stuff that we were told was pork but I am not so sure..we did not eat it and complained but got charged for it anyway.. Our favorite place for Dim Sum is actually in Orlando.. It is faster, cheaper and better than here but we will go back and try the buffet as it was very popular and the food looked good.. All delicious! ! You have to taste that.. the place and service
What I really didn't like was getting my bill and then going to pay and they try to over charge for sushi which clearly we didn't have and they knew that because they were at out table about 15x in a hour. WILL NOT GO BACK!

We were pleased. Look a buffet is a buffet but they had a great selection & we loved Dim Sum menu
