I just love Leslie and coming to All You Studio. I have belonged to many local gyms in the past but nothing compares to the small class sizes and the one on one attention that you get here. It is like having your very own personal trainer. All You Studio is much more than just a place to work out. Lesley offers health and nutrition classes taught by a certified health coach, essential oil classes, self-defense classes for adults and kids too. I hosted an Art With Allie party at All You Studio & Party Place & the space was perfect. I even talked Leslie into staying & painting with us!! When you stop by, ask her to see the picture she painted. I'm having another in party in May & intend to book here for it too. It's a perfect party space!!
All You offers so much more than just exercise classes. I have attended several seminars on nutrition and general wellness.The information is priceless and seminars are free! If your goal in 2015 is for better health for yourself and your family, you need to check out All You Studio!
