An excellent place for exercise I have been going to Verna Ferris's Dance Discovery for 33 years, four days a week. Each day of the week is a different routine for our exercises. One day we work with a large ball, another is a stretch day, another a body sculpture class, using weights etc. It is always new and different so we do not get bored.
