Our dance fitness classes include: hip hop dance classes for adults, zumba and jazzercise type aerobic exercise including barre and pilates. Our dancing workout is geared for all levels and abilities. Everyone is welcome!

What a FUN experience. There is no judgment, the teachers are so kind and willing to help. I felt safe and excited to dance. There IS an area for kids, but it’s only available once per day and it does cost $10 per kid. As a military family with no family or friends- it is nice to have child care as a service but unfortunately it is only during school hours and therefore I was unable to maintain a membership. Spouses deploying made it too difficult to commit. But besides that- I am happy to support this business and have fun ... read more

I have attended several classes with different teachers and I can say that all the classes are tremendous. A great workout for the mind and body and all to great music with wonderful people! Also a great community!
I am happy to say that I was the first monthly member at Dance Candy Fitness! I have loved the teachers, the classes, and the dances! It is 100% the best way to stay fit while having fun! I would recommend the classes to everyone. Jenelle is kind and professional and she makes everyone feel welcome. Thank you, Dance Candy Fitness! ♥️
