Every member of the staff was incredibly nice. I am not someone who enjoys going to the dentist, dare I say anxious to go, and they were very upfront about what we would be doing that day. They put my mind at ease and were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. They are also very transparent about costs ahead of time. They also saw me at my appointment time, which I appreciated. I think at some places you can sort of wait around a while but they are very prompt.

I love my new Dentist Dr Dancausse and staff. Very pleasant visit. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly professional staff. I would truly recommend them .I came in as a walk in and immediately felt at home. That's saying a lot because I don't like going to the dentist ..looking forward to my next visit and they are so patient with you.

Amazing practice!! Just moved to Charlotte area and spent a lot of time researching best places to go and very glad I was able to find this office. I am flight crew so it’s difficult to book appointments as my schedule is all over the place. The staff was very accommodating. When I arrived for my consult, there was no wait time and all the staff (including the front desk) was very kind and immediately put me at ease like I was an old friend. This was our first visit and we had a wonderful experience! I took my 4yo daughter when we had a quick need and our dentist was on vacation. She was nervous to go somewhere new and the staff here made her feel so comfortable and allowed for her to sit on my lap etc during the exam. We saw Dr. Hoy not only was she incredible with my daughter but she put me at ease and I felt like she really listened and took time answering my questions. Another quick and painless appointment at the office of Drs. Dancausse & Hoy General Dentistry. (...had a filling today, & a cleaning last week.) I appreciate them so much! I have a tiny mouth, mandibular tori, TMJ, & many other issues, but they never make me feel like I'm a difficult patient to treat. The staff is professional, highly skilled, accommodating to my needs, congenial, kind & very gentle. The atmosphere is always super chill and relaxing.
