Both Sami and MJ were fantastic to deal with. A little long wait on financing due to it being Saturday but otherwise a perfect experience. Would definitely recommend Hewlett VW!!!
Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me different options without any high pressure. I was not ready to buy yet but I would highly recommend stopping in to see Justin if you are in the market for a Volkswagen.
These guys are a top notch VW team. I initially texted with Bret and he helped me feel comfortable enough for us to drive from Richmond to see the car in Springfield. Hank and Zak worked with us graciously on our trade in, honoring the other dealers appraisal. Finally, Joge the finance manager saved me 50$ a month on my financing by showing me other lenders. No pressure no hassle. Just easy car sale. I highly recommend these guys.
They were all great people and all talkative. I got there a half hour early and was instantly greeted and sat down in an office to start the process.

Very attentive
Scheduling a test drive that was convienient for me was an easy first step. I think worked with both Greg, a manager, and Derek, a salesperson when I got to the dealership. They were both friendly, relaxed and attentive. After deciding to move forward with my purchase, we hit an unexpected snag. Time it took was longer because the new manager was in training, but overall experience was great!
