Update: Great costumer service! When I had an issue they contacted me and tried to make everything right. They spoke to me kindly and were very understanding. I can't wait to go back and get a new piercing. I will highly recommend them to my friends now! Thank you! It truly shows you care about everyone that walks into your doors!

I've been tattooed & pierced here and can only say great things about both experiences! I was a little woozy both times, staff was excellent, provided water when I needed it & words of encouragement. Overall great vibe, atmosphere, and incredible talent at this shop. Definitely will be returning.
I really love this shop! Everyone is super friendly and their work is great! I had a piercing done by Jasmine and a tattoo done by Fillipe and absolutely love both!
