My recent experience at Danbury Nissan was a pleasant one . I have bought several cars from the dealership in the past, but the customer service was exceptional this time. Both Erby My car salesman and Rim The general sales manager sat down with me and were very helpful to me to make informed decisions. If you want to get ripped off come here.🤦♂️Their leases are way too expensive they will start at a number the tell u they fees and bad credit and tear system bla bla bla lies, don’t take your car here for service they will mess up your care and try to say it was your fault, they will give you no paperwork after repeatedly asking for it so they can cover their tracks and you have no evidence against them. These people are a waste of your time and love to play games. I looked at a leftover 2025 frontier pickup truck and the sales person gives me a price breakdown AT FULL STICKER when it's listed online with $8k+ in discounts. "We'll start here" she says...
The good: The place is clean and everybody is super friendly. The bad: At the time of purchase, they overcharged me for DMV registration and fees. Six months later, after multiple calls and messages, still no reimbursement. They do not deny that they owe it to me, just not paying. A different pretext every time I call. Also, was not provided with all the paperwork on delivery. Had to nudge them to get the full package.
