I wish I could give 0 stars. I've been seeing Dr. Phillip for about 5 years maybe longer. When I switched to her I was thankful they were not part of a large group. She was very attentive and responsive. I would get a full physical including EKG and bloodwork. I could talk to her about anything. Now if I ask questions or advise there is an additional charge and there is no EKG with a yearly physical. So they don't even check for any heart issues. Dr. Philip was acceptable when she worked VERY closely with Dr. Wenick, although she was slow to order testing and return phone calls. This resulted in me going to the ER and a $250 copay. (I was very sick, aphasia, lack of balance, vomiting, and more.) Seeing her a few times since, I feel like she really needs more medical training. She is a poor listener. I found her advice insulting. And then I found another PCP.

Waited 6+ months for an appointment only for them to postpone it twice and then not take my insurance and brush me off in a very cold manner. My patience has clearly been taken for granted. But it is what it is.............

This medical group has significantly gone down hill. Unable to reach my doctor, unable to get an appointment on hold for over an hour. Pharmacy unable to obtain refills. Calls drop all the time. Very poorly managed and going to look for another primary care provider at this point.
