Jeff Sousou was okay. I wish the finance manager would have given me more for my trade in or lowered the price on the car I purchased. Jeff Campaniolo the “finance manager” added “TotalCare” $700 tire package without clearly explaining the charge nor asking if we wanted it. I noticed it days later when I reviewed the contract. They willingly sold a van to my husband without giving a car fax or disclosing the fact that an accident had occurred with the prior owner when asked specifically . Never gave the cpo paperwork with the sale and insisted it was Certified Pre Owned . Completely disregarding our concerns for warranty and resale. Claiming that carfax isn’t a reliable source to use . They just play games with peoples money for their own gain ! Have not even attempted to correct the issue .
This dealership is horrible and does illegal transactions. I have bought a few cars from them. To make a long story short, my ex-boyfriend, Kevin, traded my car in for another one in someone else’s name. They allowed it, Kevin signed his name to trade the car in. I was charged $1000 over MSRP. The car had no floor mats and I was promised them. After a month of asking I had to bring in my 2023 Sportage for a check engine light. I asked service about them. They checked with the salesman and they were given an ok to order. I was called to come in and pick them up. They tried to charge me $175.00 for them. When I complained the parts guy said oh yes your right and didn’t charge me. My car yes a 2023 was in for a check engine light. It needed and ignition coil they didn’t have and said it... read more

TL:DR - Dealership continues to inexplicably withhold $1K owed to me, continually lies to me, and all around dodging my calls instead of dealing with the problem. If I could give this dealership and literally everyone I interacted with up through the owner of the dealership a 0 I would. An utterly insulting experience. As has been explained, the refund was processed immediately, but it was inexplicably held up by the company that processes our credit card transactions. When this issue was discovered, it was rectified right away. Unfortunately, we have no control over how quickly the credit is processed by the banks.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! First, let me start by expressing how awful the service was! I came in on a scheduled appointment as my lease had ended and I planned on financing my car. The sales person, Rodney, had no knowledge of anything and had to constantly get my questions answered by someone else. We waited at his desk for 5 hours while he was the middle man and had to go back and forth to the sales managers desk, and back to his desk (where I was sitting) to give me updates. I seen a video on ********of a guy made a down payment and check in hand and for some reason this dealership doesn’t take capital one for the remaining balance anyways the manager pretty much said get out of here and he can’t get his Down payment back until the following Monday. I hate these kind of dealerships so I seen it on ******** I just wanted to help this guy whoever he is out and let him know I stand with him against shady businesses like this.

I tried to buy a car yesterday from Danbury Dodge. HUGE mistake! My experience there started with trying 5 separate times to call the dealership, and getting hung up on or told the car wasn't in that store. We finally got someone who said the car was available and we could come by at anytime before 8 to see it. I got my family halfway there before I was told the car was not available.
