Danbury Kia charged me over $300 to replace a $12 clamp. They also worked on my oil filter that wasn't tightened properly by this same service department a couple of weeks ago. I spoke to the manager who tried to clarify that they didn't charge me for the oil filter. How in the world do you justify $315 for a $12 clamp

Jeff Sousou was okay. I wish the finance manager would have given me more for my trade in or lowered the price on the car I purchased. Jeff Campaniolo the “finance manager” added “TotalCare” $700 tire package without clearly explaining the charge nor asking if we wanted it. I noticed it days later when I reviewed the contract.
