Not the best but not the worst pretty average apartments.
After dealing with them for nearly 2 months, my daughter was denied because they grossly overstated her income. By reading some of these comments looks like she might have dodged a bullet.
This place has gone from mediocre to horrible. The new property manager is extremely rude! Her own maintenance people told us she's a B****. When we went to resign this year and mentioned that our apartment has never been improved for 5 years, and for the first time I was told we could have gotten upgraded and at least had our carpet steam cleaned every year. I’ve lived here for 3+ years now. The first year and a half was great! Then management and staff changed and it went downhill fast. Never any updates to anything, but constant rent increases. Management has very poor communication. Maintenance is awful and seems not trained at all. They will enter your apartment with no notice! Constant hazards get brought to attention and it’s ignored until the city is brought in. Constant stolen packages, car break-ins, kids everywhere in the parking lot.
