Spring in the office is awesome. Respectful, prompt, and works her backside off. Honestly, you know when it's genuine let's be real. She's honest and has integrity. I had lost all faith. I recently gave my daughter a prom send off at the Danbury Court club house and it was the perfect venue and I had the best experience working with the employee named Spring. She is so pleasant and patient and she worked with my family to make sure we had the most beautiful prom send off. It’s in a great location right off the highway, with Casey’s in between open all night. Nice neighborhoods around and good school in the area. Decent place with a new park being updated for the kids.
This place should be a last resort Main issues: -pest issues (MICE and ants) -pool never open due to “maintenance” -random/monthly mandatory apartment “maintenance” where they will come into your apartment looking around whether you are present or not. With 24 hour notice or no notice. -nonchalant/ careless property manager (Alana). - notifications are posted on your door and can blow away before you see it.
