It’s in a great location right off the highway, with Casey’s in between open all night. Nice neighborhoods around and good school in the area. Decent place with a new park being updated for the kids.
This place should be a last resort Main issues: -pest issues (MICE and ants) -pool never open due to “maintenance” -random/monthly mandatory apartment “maintenance” where they will come into your apartment looking around whether you are present or not. With 24 hour notice or no notice. -nonchalant/ careless property manager (Alana). - notifications are posted on your door and can blow away before you see it.
