I had to downgrade my review. After numerous calls and emails, the Dealership has not honored services offered at the time of purchase. I have in writing from the sales rep and manager over time that they internally didn’t communicate and would soon rectify - literally “the checks in the mail” from the sales rep months ago now. Most recently confirmation of the same, but lack of response and no solution continues. They are not honoring the agreement as committed. They just aren’t reliable in their business dealings.
