Last year I brought him to another vet in bethel and it was a nightmare experience. But this place was totally different. I’d give them an A++++. They weren’t incredibly rude like the other place, they were quite polite actually. They didn’t want to schedule him for unnecessary, stressful and expensive procedures. They didn’t make up stuff, they were much better informed. And most of all they treated my sweet, innocent kitty with the utmost respect. He has feelings too after all!! Take your pet here. They’re the best.

I can’t even begin to put into words what amazing quality of care here, complete upper echelon! Everyone is so kind and compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. We are so lucky to have these vets here, Dr. Quaintance is in another league. Such a wonderful peace of mind being able to entrust our animals with such a wonderful team of people!
I have know Jean, Don and many of the staff for over twenty years. Jean is an excellent diagnostician and her clinical skills are matched only by her empathy and caring for her patients and clients. The staff are all, always caring and warm. They feel like family. The good kind;-) They have cared for all our dogs over the past 25 years.
