Our Huey was a patient when this practice opened as Versatile Vets. Our main reason for chosing this practice was so Huey could get regular care with home visits…..our big guy was so nervous at vet appointments. Then came Covid, & Versatile Vets expanded to 80 North Street as Danbury Animal Hospital, making sure all patients were seen & treated comfortably & with the utmost safety for them & their families. The front end staff of this animal hospital is the absolute best!!! We are not regular clients, and had an emergency happen with our dog yesterday. We called our normal vet and they were not able to fit us in. Since it was normal business hours, we really didn’t want to have to take her to Guardian or NVS. She did need to be seen, so I began calling around in hopes another vet could see us. We had such a wonderful experience at Danbury Animal Hospital! Daisy was seen by Dr. Theresa Kaeser, who was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. From my very first contact with the front desk, everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely nice.
