I have seen Dr Brink, Shelly, Katherine, Steph, & Nissa for decade+. They are incredibly personable, high quality work, and consistently go above-and-beyond. Their quality of care is phenomenal. They are genuine, good people with high integrity. Any negative review that you may see is likely an outlier and due to something out of their control.
