I love this place Laura the front desk woman is nice and has the best costumer serves super respectful and very good with her patients
Horrible customer service. Alexandra is the worst employee I’ve ever had to deal with, condescending attitude and zero work ethic. I was expecting the doctor to be better but was promised a call back and never got one. They are also refusing service because THEY messed up with my benefits and I complained about it. Plus the hold time is extensive, almost 10 minutes and I had to call back twice so they would actually answer the phone.
Dana Vo optometrist office is closed on Wednesdays. And Sundays. Update your Google hours. Also update your phone line, I was on hold today (Wednesday) for 19 minutes LOL, hung up, called back and pressed 2 for sales associate. They told me optometrist closed today. Ordered contact lenses 20 days ago still waiting. Dr. Vo is a good optometrist though.
The front staff in the optometry side of the office are terrible. I ordered my contacts the year before thru the office for convenience but always some delivery issues of getting delivered to the office. They never call me when it was delivered to the office to come pick it up. This year is no different. Julian supposedly ordered my contacts thru one Vendor but he said they shipped to my old place.
