Dr. Trotter is amazing with fibromyalgia!
I had a very similiar experience as the other rater. Scare tactics to do weekly ultrasounds and other testing. I developed an anxiety disorder as a result but instead of listening to me and calming me down, Dr O Toole threatened medication. I can't express how horrible of an experience this was. He promised to be at the birth and even scheduled an induction to ensure this. Unfortunately stumbled upon Dr. O'Toole and cannot express how disappointed we were in his service. He makes sure you know how "Great" he is and that there is no one better in the area. He started in the beginning with scare tactics and tried to get us to do unnecessary testing; we started noticing a pattern of the behavior and ultimately the money grab that was happening. The in-patient care is excellent. Unfortunately as of spring of 2014 - they are going through a LARGE turnover of psychiatrists - making it pretty much impossible to get ANY help from Bellin. I advise you to look elsewhere.
It is a shame what has happened to this service. Dr. Tony should be brought of charges of gross negligence. Interesting how lack of accountabilty breeds these type of characters.
This man takes his time to LISTEN!! He does not throw medications at you, he keeps you updated and EXPLAINS why things are happening to you and HOW the meds work. He is willing to see what works for YOU, not the majority of people, but you! He is thoughtful and I owe my life to him. Just about 4years ago, he helped me get sober and even though life has been crazy and things still happen, he helps keep me level headed and he thought me how to know and read myself.....Hope this helps.
