I was absolutely pleased with her service on my initial visit while covered by my employer, at that time. After coverage under Medicare, I cannot see Dr Tate. I am considering changing supplemental coverage.
Went for a toenail fungus. Get sent a bill one month later for $500! out of pocket for a lab test. WE COULD ALL LOOK AT IT AND SEE IT WAS FUNGUS. Imagine that, it came back positive. Wow. A discussion would have been nice. Not paying it.

Had an appointment with this office after my insurance company stated they are in network through the website. The office called me back to cancel the services after I was all set and i gave all my information.
Loved her from the first appointment I made with her! She explains everything, and makes you feel very comfortable. Loved my results. Also love the front desk staff :)
