Great and knowledgeable staff! Always there to help.
Worst insurance agent that I have ever dealt with. Never returns calls, and when she is was actually available to chat, gave no useful advice but instead sent me directly to the claims department. We got a notice stating that our insurance would not be renewed Ms. Shivaler did not have the decency to call or even email us back after repeated attempts contact her.
Jonathan did an excellent job with handling my father’s account. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We appreciate your help!
