Dana and Michelle were wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend! At one point it was looking like there might be issues with our loan. They spent extra time looking into other options in case it didn’t go through. At the closing table they caught some incorrect numbers and advocated for us to get things straightened out. We really appreciated that we could trust them, especially since we were first time home buyers. We definitely recommend them for your realty needs!
I can’t recommend Dana more strongly. When the county sent out updated property tax assessments, she volunteered on the local list serve to help anyone in the community with a potential appeal. She researched recent sales of comparative properties and gave us the results to use as evidence in our appeal. We ended up winning the appeal, ultimately saving thousands of dollars a year. And she did all of this for no commission or compensation. She was so responsive and helpful - we’re so lucky to have worked with her!

Amazing experience, tested not once but twice over 10 years :) First met Dana and her team in 2014 for the purchase of a condo unit in DC. And counted on them again to sell it this year.
