ANDERSON OFFICE—— My mother was having issues because they didn’t take discover and that was her bank. We drove the money to them and they “called” twice for her appointment and got the voicemail so they said. Made her an in office appointment so we drive 30 mins there mind you the appointment was at 1:30 . Megan was rude this time for the first time. The lady at the desk is always rude! I was 100% at the end of my rope and Meagan Totman literally saved my life. I want to honestly say I dont know where I would be if I had not met her. I see a few negative reviews on here and I will just be blunt Meagan will help you but don't ever try to BS her or lie and say you will do something you wont because then you have hurt your best chances of having a healthty mental health. Megan totman is the best and I would recommend her to anyone who is in need for their mental health. She listens to you and doesn’t rush you at all. I’ve been going to this practice for about 9 years. The only thing I have negative to say is no one answers the phone. It takes forever to get in touch with them.
