Drug dealer of a doctors office. Willingly writes prescriptions to anyone from the street and has no moral or ethical approach to treating patients. Sends all prescriptions to small privately owned pharmacies because normal pharmacies won’t fill their orders. Doesn’t accept insurance although this office pretends to bill insurance. I have been tossed around 3 caregivers in the 12 months I’ve been coming to this practice. The front desk staff has a high turnover and the staff quality is getting worse. Just because the glass window is closed between reception and the waiting area doesn’t mean I can’t hear you dropping f-bombs and talking badly about patients. Megan is great. Jennifer was too.
Can never get a person to answer the phone… When they do answer, they just say they will pass a message along to your Doctor or Prescriber on what you need and they will get back with you…. They never call back/ follow through.. About 99% of the time a Pharmacy is out of one of my medications (happens often these days..) the office or the Prescriber at Dr. Wiley’s is very hard to get in touch with.. I have even had to call every other day for two weeks straight just to get them to call my Medication into a different pharmacy... read more
