I made an appointment over a month ago to see this office and they call me two weeks before the appointment to let me know they’re not seeing new patients, and cancelled me. Didn’t have any new appointments coming up and now I have to wait until August to be seen, when I literally already scheduled an appointment over a month ago to be seen and filled out all the forms. Dr. Ben Dov is a great doctor, very caring.
Easily the worst office I’ve EVER had to work with! NO STARS! Staff is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! My 90 year old grandmother deserves better. This office needs clean out STAT!
I have been a patient if Dr Ben Dov for a couple years now and am very happy with her staff and her bedside manner. She is always attentive and takes the time to sit and speak with me about any co verbs or issues I am having. She is always prompt in returning phone calls or refilling my medication requests. Her availability is good and flexible and she is very up to date with information.
