She also checks the house out for items you may not be thinking of. She's very kind and respectful. She also works very well with you on selling your house (we've done both with her). Recently, we sold one house and bought a new house. She was with us every step of the way. We felt secure in our decision making with Dana's insightful input. Highly recommended!!!
