Excellent doctor great staff
Very negative experience
I had an incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable experience with Dana. I came in for a routine OB-GYN visit to discuss conceiving options/testing and left feeling humiliated and judged rather than supported When discussing genetic testing, I was repeatedly badgered and questioned about whether I “cared” about my future child, as if my commitment to a healthy pregnancy was in doubt. I love this entire office. The staff and nurses are personable and professional and Dr. Jacoby makes sure to connect with patients and makes sure you understand and are comfortable.
I have been a patient of Dr.Jacoby for several years now. During all of my visits to the office everyone has always made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They always answer any questions I have and are so kind and personable. Dr.Jacoby and his staff are nothing short of amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
