Stay away! You can never talk to them on the phone... you have to drive to them I had the original doctor for 18 years, when he sold the practice to Mycare. It went down. Down, down. I stuck with them for a while. But switched this year.
The people at MyCare Medical in Plantation are consistently wonderful, starting with Janet at the front desk. We have received informed and effective care from our practitioners. On the other hand, like other corporate-run medical practices, it’s much harder to get an appointment in a reasonable time. And their AI calls about prescriptions are worse than useless. Human connection has always been crucial for quality health care.
If you are physician and you are seeing patients of another physician please be patient with , listen to them and find out if they have any other issues that they may need for you to address.............Don't rush/dismiss patients that aren't yours!!
Tried to book a appointment with AI. I call to verify my appointment, and surprise no appointment. This is the second time this has happened. I'm done with MyCare medical.
Could somebody PLEASE pick up the phone, they pick up and put it back on hold for over 1 hour. Stay away. Dr Dana should know
