Dr. Hess very carefully explained the issue I was having and what it would take to resolve the issue. I also appreciate the very neat and tidy incision.
Fractured my wrist in multiple places. Dr Hess was took the time to order a specific plate needed for repair, took the time to explain everything about the surgery and recovery. His team are equally wonderful
