Today I went in for an appointment that was supposed to Begin at 10:30 AM. I sat in the lobby until 11:15 waiting for his nurses to come and find me. I was told that he triple books, his appointments and so all of his patients wait each time to be seen. When I spoke to the nurse about this, she let me know that this is just how he does his appointments and that he has been asked to change and has not.
