I wish i could give a zero. 7 years after buying an AC unit from them we find out that Dana Heating & Cooling did a half job! They did not replace the coil or the filter. BOTH of which should be done when installing a new unit! For the past years our house was never cool as it should have been. After multiple times having a relatively new unit checked (and spending lots of money) another company was able to pinpoint our issue which began with poor customer service! Don't buy from them!
