I have congestive heart failure, so I need to be careful with fluids. But I have also had kidney stones and urinary tract infections. I have been hospitalized twice with bad UTIs. So I need to stay well hydrated. I haven't been able to read Cohen's book yet but her approach sounds very helpful for me.
