I am writing this review for my mother. We both wanted to say that Dana was amazingly helpful, kind and very patient. My mother had a unique set of needs and wants for her house. She was up for the challenge and found a better house for her than we could have ever thought possible. Also something that is very important to point out, Dana took the time to explain each step and all the paperwork to my mother, who was a first time homebuyer. Dana helped us to sell our home in two days. She gave us excellent advice as to the price at which we should list our home. The home sold above the listing price. She guided us through the process flawlessly with her advice, expertise, and good counsel.
