This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any dealership, and I’ve bought several vehicles from several dealerships. Instead of slinging mud I’ll just state the facts (condensed) and let you decide where you’d prefer to shop for a vehicle. I leased a brand new Mustang Mach E with them and they matched a price from another dealer which was great but they proceeded to charge me $500 for a charger that’s complementary from Ford for leasing my car.

An absolutely beautiful facility-both showroom and service area. Clearly their standards for "cleanliness and being well-organized" are very very high. Kudos to ownership and senior management. However, the sales staff, although quite pleasant, lacks basic automobile sales knowledge. Perhaps some training might be in order.
