I cant say enough about the Radiology team and Dr Peng! They have been amazing in treating my husbands brain cancer. I would highly recommend them!
I usually try not to base decisions solely on reviews and decided to reach out myself. Unfortunately, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I never heard back from anyone despite waiting over two weeks. I called multiple times, and each time I was told someone would call me back within 10 minutes—but no one ever did. Front desk receptionist Belinda was very rude I went to her to check in and because I’m black she sent me to another black lady to help me . In turn there was 2 white women behind me who she wanted to help but was in the wrong department. I will be filing a compliant because we all need assistants not just white people. Made me felt like I was a problem.
Nobody ever answers the phone
Dr Poorvu was very good to me and family He explained everything I thank him all the time for fixing my cancer he will be missed at the south shore Dana farber
