My mom gets shared care at this DF in Milford and we have been so surprised about how wonderful everyone is. All staff are helpful and kind, they listen well and help us communicate with our care team at DF Yawkey. We've loved all nurses we've crossed paths with and the facility is clean, updated, and comfortable. Yes sometimes there is more waiting than I'd like, but other times it's smooth and we get seen on time. That has been our experience at all Dana Farber facilities (and most Dr. visits in general).
Started my ongoing cancer treatment through this facility and can't say enough good things about the staff. The oncologist, nurses, MRI techs - everyone I've encountered has been friendly, helpful and wonderful to work with. I am happy to have such a thoughtful and talented team to support me. The waiting area is welcoming with coffee and water. The technology is state of the art. In terms of scheduling they've been very flexible and responsive. Having problem with opening My Chart
This is seriously the worst directions I've ever seen in my life. I'm better off using my outdated Garmin from 2010.
Could not have been more impressed with the environment, team and process. From the first appointment to the last, I knew I had made the right choice to have my prostate cancer treated at Milford Regional Hospital. I am grateful for the Dana Farber and Milford Regional partnership which brought Boston to me, and others. Couldn't recommend more highly
