I have been going to Dana Dental for 7 years. I started off in the Spearfish office and moved to the Rapid City office once I moved here 5 years ago. The office is an unorganized mess. It is very clear that they do not care about this office or its operations & patients. A primary issue is patient satisfaction which has gone downhill with every visit I make. This is very unprofessional and have finally decided to switch dentists for my family.
Their customer service is well BELOW average!! After 5+ years, we have had enough! Each visit has continued to get worse!! If you are looking for a good, honest dentist....... keep looking!! You will NOT find it here! Another place only concerned with making that extra $1!!
