Can’t believe this person is still in business. I gave him $650 as a retainer to do my flooring. I changed my mind on what flooring I wanted. It wasn’t going to be as expensive to lay it and wanted to talk to him about doing something different he told me too bad The $650 would not be refunded that he was in such demand that he couldn’t waste his time.
