Terrible experience. Imaging was submitted to my insurance and to the imaging office without my knowledge or consent, and communication from the office was inconsistent. A assessment was also documented based on the provider’s opinion from a questionnaire, without clear discussion or supporting data, which created unnecessary concern having that information on my record and wasting my time. I prefer a provider who involves patients in decisions before anything is ordered or submitted. I will be seeking care elsewhere.
Dr. Cleason has been a wonderful doctor since moving back from Virginia. She is thorough and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease during two procedures has also assisted me with my hot flashes that had just about out me over the edge. I haven’t had a bad experience while in her care.
Dr. Cleason was my OB during my pregnancy in fall 2023- spring 2024. Thankfully I was in a practice that rotated the doctors so she thankfully did not deliver my baby. Dr. Cleason was highly unprofessional and had a cold and callous demeanor. She delivered some of the scariest results and news about my baby potentially having a high likelihood of Down syndrome not only by phone but asked if I would be terminating the pregnancy.
