Super disappointed. I've been an established patient with Dana for a few years now. My last appt with her was just a few months ago. This past week, I had an appt with my cardiologist who called to tell me on the day of my appt that they couldn't get a referral from Dana's office because I was no longer a patient. It turns out, when Claremedica took over, they dropped my insurance and closed out my file. No call. No notice. No assistance. Nothing. Ive been going to Dana for 10+ years. Always takes time to answer any concerns. She’s the best! Her staff is great also

I don't think I can say enough amazing things about Dana and her team. Dana is attentive, down to earth, and actually listens to each and every patient. She will answer all of your questions thoroughly, and you never feel rushed when you're with her. She is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and a great nurse practitioner all around. The employees at the front desk are extremely welcoming and accommodating, and always have a big smile on their faces. I am SO happy I found Dana and her team, they are rock stars!
