Mr. Anderson promptly responded to my inquiry regarding a tenant issue. He quickly cited applicable Florida statutes that may apply to my situation. He provided the most likely defense that the tenant may attempt to deploy and the most effective measures to counteract such a defense. His fees for his services were incredibly reasonable.
