Very fear-based diagnosis technique, her assessment differed greatly from 3 other evals our son had, she stated he likely wouldn't "ever" improve much, but was happy to recommend a very expensive and aggressive therapy schedule and even advised borrowing money as this was "so serious" though he "would likely not improve much." Lastly she does NOT work with insurance, she expects you to pay full rate, try to get reimbursed on your own, then doesn't want to honor her contracted rate.
Dana has been working with my son for about 1 1/2 years. His speech is so perfect now. I used to have to translate everything he said. Not only has Dana given my son a voice in this world, but confidence as well. I will continue to take my son to appointments at this point because she works so wonderfully with him. He's learning better English than I've forgotten!
