I have been going to the office of Dr. Bleakney ever since I was about 8 years old (I am 24 now). Dr. Bleakney is a phenomenal doctor, and has always been very helpful throughout my time being treated there. Despite this, the past year has been filled with HORRIBLE customer service from the manager, Lesly, in particular. She is very rude and unhelpful over the phone, let alone the fact that she does not have interest in helping someone with a complaint. Dr Bleakney is professional, thorough, dedicated, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Best thing I can say is: She cares! And that is hard to find in a doctor nowadays. I feel blessed having found her.
Dr Dana BLEAKNEY listens and tries to narrow or recommend solutions to better treat your illness. She does not just blow off like she is unconcerned.
I wanted to leave a review today for Felix at the medication refill office (Dr. Bleakney is my PCP). I have had issues getting generic Adderall refilled basically since I started it about a year ago and today he called pharmacies for me, gave me advice on what to say to my insurance to try and get the the covered amount lowered for my medication, and was just overall a very kind person to talk to. I would give 10 stars if I could!
I don't know who would even dare give this doctor a one star rating in their Google review! That is simply inaccurate! I've been seeing Dr. Bleakney for over 20 years, and she is one of the most thorough, kind, and intuitive general practitioner's in Dallas.
