Well, this doctor appears to be nice. But invariably every visit she makes a statement similar to “well, your mom is X age, are you sure you want treatment?”. In June mom was identified are needing a priority colonoscopy. It was scheduled for December 26th and was just cancelled. Called to reschedule and there are no notes in her records about this being a priority. Simply awful patient practice. So, while she seems nice DO NOT bother seeking care from her if you are elderly.
