Very fast unloading, just 15 minutes 20 pallets. Very friendly and nice person 👍

Really long unloading time. Brought racks from another Dana plant, got here around 17:30, almost 3 hours and still here still being unloaded. Easy enough to find, the folks who work here are nice, and even with where the employees park, the backing isn't as hard as it looks at first if you know what you're doing, though you should wait to slide your tandems until you're lined up on your door.
