I felt so relaxed and confident with Gerald & Lynn Buck of TEAM BUCK Reality. They have such great experience that nothing stopped the smooth progression of selling the home and property. Bucks excelled right from the start with the drone videos of the exterior to the pictures of the interior and the written description. They give a plus personal involvement in the process. I would recommend them just as my friends recommended them to me after they had a successful sale of their condominiums.
Melanie VanDyke is a horrible person and realtor. She instructs her sellers to not fix nor disclose open and hidden defects in their home. She strategically takes listing photos to hide any visible defects. She works with buyer agencies to lie and help escalate sales prices and lie about terms, leaving tens of thousands of dollars in hidden repairs at the buyers expense. Pam and Jerry were fantastic to work with--what a team! They responded quickly and provided great advice on how to price and position the home we were selling. Their promotions worked well -- it sold within a few days at a price above asking!
Honest review on Barbara Holt who works for Five Star Real Estate. While she is not our realtor, she did show our home to interested buyers. In our opinion and our realtor’s, the review Barbara left on our home was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Using the phrase “I’m not fond of “trashing” other realtor’s listings” and then proceeding to list very knit picky details on the home is very unprofessional.
