This review is unsolicited. I broke down and was recovered by Dan Wheeler Wrecker Services and had a wonderful experience. I was towed quickly, safely, and professionally from the Love's, where I broke down and taken back to my company's yard. I'm not sure of the costs associated with this tow as I am a company driver.
As I'm writing this message,,one hour and 30 minutes since they were supposed to be here has passed,,and no sign of them yet The worst service I ever had so far R
Do not trust these crooks. Had a truck picked up with one of their wreckers. They charged us an extra $200 saying the shop wouldn't let them drop the truck without a PO. We had an appointed time and had everything set up with the shop. Instead of making a phone call to get the problem resolved they sat there and ran up the clock. Wouldn't trust them to tow anything again. Stay away from these thieves.
Don't want to work at night.
